02. Account Registration

Opening an account on sa444 is free. However, accurate and verifiable information must be provided at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Process

• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

04. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• The bonus will be applied automatically on the first deposit.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not permitted until the wagering requirement is completed.
• A specific time limit may apply to meeting the wagering requirement, which will be communicated with the bonus offer.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• The member's own deposited funds remain withdrawable before the bonus conditions are met.
• sa444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

05. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on sa444 are operated under specific rules. The following rules must be followed to ensure fair play.

• All game outcomes are determined through an RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer system.
• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, sa444 reserves the right to refund the bets for that round.
• Winnings resulting from a software error or faulty outcome in any game may be forfeited.
• In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, sa444's own settlement policy will apply.
• In disputed cases, sa444's final decision will be considered binding.

06. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the sa444 platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using a false identity or a third party's information.
• Bonus abuse — manipulating the system to obtain bonuses.
• Collusion (multiple members working together to harm another member or gain an unfair advantage).
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving offensively towards other members.

8.2 Funds After Account Closure
